BADRI submersible pump motor winding wires are specially insulated with polyester and polypropylene to ensure their full capability to withstand extremely high temperature and mechanical abrasion. Pure copper CC rod is used to draw the copper conductor for our winding wires. This is to ensure best conductivity as per the required standards. Distinguishing Features :

  • BADRI submersible winding wires are made as per IS:8783 (Part 4/Sec3) as amended upto date and also as per customers' specifications like lesser OD, higher OD etc.
  • Most manufacturers use 3 tapes wrapping i.e. 1st Polyester Tape, 2nd BOPP Opaque and 3rd BOPP Transparent whereas in BADRI submersible winding wires we use 3 BOPP tapes i.e. 1st BOPP Transparent, 2nd BOPP Opaque and 3rd BOPP Transparent tapes. All the three tapes are heat sealable which gives BADRI winding wires better water resistance. This in turn rules out the chances of water penetration in the submersible pump motor.

  • Save Upto 25% in Pump Cost- BADRI submersible winding wires have excellent electrical, mechanical, thermal and chemical properties. They can withstand water abrasion, frictional losses, save space, cost and work in all types of typical conditions.
  • Tear Resistant- In BADRI winding wires, propagation of tear is difficult as the insulation is oriented bi-axially.
  • DI Electric Strength- The multiple layer construction of BADRI submersible winding wire ensures high dielectric quality of insulation and places the insulations concentrically around the conductor.
  • Higher Mechanical Strength- BADRI winding wire insulation is remarkably resistant to cut through and scrap abrasion. Thin cross sections ensures greater cut through stress and prevents general abuse.
  • Least Current Leakage- BADRI submersible winding wires have constant and many times higher insulation resistance even at the boiling point of water and the current leakage is minimal.
  • Easy Winding- Since the overall diameter of BADRI winding wires is less than the conventional PVC winding wire, the winding resistance is less and the submersible pump motor is easy to wind.
  • High Tensile Strength- In BADRI submersible winding wires, the insulation adds significantly to the tensile strength as it supports the wire at each point wherever excessive stretching occurs.
  • Withstands 130°C Temperature- BADRI submersible winding wires can withstand temperatures of +130°C for short periods and continuous temperatures of 60°C to 105°C
  • Longer Life- The insulating material in BADRI winding wires is produced by biaxially oriented synthetic film and has a very long life.
